A furnished 60 m² bel étage residence with a private hammam, an 18.25 m² south-facing terrace and a 70 m² private garden on Brussels’ characteristic inner green.

02 · Piano Residence

Available from February 2027.

A furnished 65 m² first-floor residence in the historic house, arranged around a Kaufmann grand piano and a Rouge Belge fireplace, with a private balcony.

HOW EXTENDED STAYS WORK

LENGTH OF STAY: Extended stays run from 30 to 90 nights. Stays of 91 nights or more follow individual terms.
RATE & AVAILABILITY: The indicative rate and availability are confirmed with you in an individual proposal before any reservation is confirmed.
INCLUDED: Utilities are included for normal residential use. High-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and bed linen and towels are provided.
CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING: The final cleaning is included and housekeeping takes place every two weeks.
LAUNDRY: A laundry and dry-cleaning collection service is separately available.
PAYMENT: The first confirmed month is due at confirmation. A one-month deposit is due fourteen days before arrival. Future months are paid in advance, and any partial final period is confirmed manually.
EXTENSION: An extension beyond the confirmed stay is subject to availability and is confirmed in writing.
REGISTRATION: Registration at the residence address is possible only by explicit written agreement.
TAX: The Brussels tourist accommodation tax applies where applicable.
