Are utilities included in an extended stay?
Yes. Utilities are included for normal residential use.
How often is the residence cleaned?
Housekeeping is included every two weeks. Additional housekeeping is available on request at extra cost.
Is bed linen provided?
Premium cotton bed linen is provided, together with a spare set for extended stays.
Is laundry available?
Laundry collection is available as a separately charged guest service.
Can an extended stay be prolonged?
An extension is possible on request and is always subject to availability.
Can the residence be used as a registered address?
No. Domiciliation is not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
How is an extended stay paid?
The first month is requested at confirmation, a one-month security deposit is due fourteen days before arrival, and subsequent accommodation is requested monthly in advance.
What applies to stays beyond 90 nights?
Stays of 91 nights or more follow individual terms: rate, tax, payment, deposit and cancellation conditions are confirmed in an individual proposal.
