Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are communicated clearly before a reservation is confirmed and form part of the individual booking conditions. The applicable cancellation terms may depend on the rate, length of stay and any specific arrangements associated with the reservation. Guests will always be shown the applicable cancellation conditions before committing to a booking. Where applicable under Belgian and European consumer law, accommodation reserved for specific dates may be excluded from the general statutory right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts. Any applicable cancellation and withdrawal conditions will be clearly communicated before a reservation becomes binding.
Payments follow the written stay proposal. For short stays of 3 to 29 nights booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation is requested at confirmation and 50% fourteen days before arrival; within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the accommodation is requested at confirmation. For extended stays of 30 to 90 nights, the first confirmed month is requested at confirmation, a one-month security deposit is due fourteen days before arrival, monthly accommodation is requested in advance, and a partial final period is confirmed manually. Longer stays of 91 nights or more follow individual terms for payment, tourist tax, deposit, cancellation and administrative matters. Payments are completed through CRONOTOPE’s secure payment provider. CRONOTOPE does not store complete payment-card details on its own systems. A security pre-authorisation of €500.00 is taken on the card around 48 hours before arrival; it is stated separately and is excluded from the accommodation amount, the tourist tax and the stay total.
For extended stays of 30 to 90 nights, an early departure after arrival requires 30 days’ written notice; accommodation charges remain due through the notice period. Extended-stay cancellation conditions otherwise apply as communicated in the individual stay proposal.
